We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal where one is requested, and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to a request you have initiated — and, where an engagement follows, on the basis of contract.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months from last contact unless an engagement begins, in which case client records are retained for the period required by the engagement agreement and applicable professional and legal obligations.
Sharing
Enquiry information is accessible only to Floris personnel involved in responding. Where we use third-party services to operate this website or deliver email, those providers process data on our instructions under written terms.
No third-party tracking
This website loads no external scripts, fonts, analytics or advertising services. Every asset is served from our own domain, which means no third party observes your visit. The site is built on open-source software and its source code is published under the MIT licence.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to processing. Contact info@florisservices.com and we will respond within one month.
Client data
Personal data processed on behalf of clients during an engagement is governed by the data processing terms in the engagement agreement, together with the controls described on our governance and information security page.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of any kind — no advertising, no analytics, no functional cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser by us.
